Anxiety affects all of us from time to time. However
the acute form of anxiety results in panic attacks that cause sortness
of breath, dizziness, hot flashes and/or chills, nausea and an impossiblility
to think clearly.

Suggestions for Use:

- Add a 10
drops of essential oil to the bath and soak for fifteen minutes
- Add a few
drops of essential oil to a carrier oil and use in full body massage
