Chilbains are localized inflammation of the skin, usually
on the face or extremities, causing itching, swelling and redness.
|
Suggestions for Use:
|
- Add ten drops
of essential oil to the bath and soak for fifteen minutes
- Massage the
affected areas regularly with essential oil diluted in carrier
oil or fragrance and lanolin free skin cream
