Depression is an illness that affects the whole body. It changes the way you eat and sleep, your self confidence, and the way you think about things and others around you. Depression can be triggered by stress, lack of exercise, chemical imbalance in the brain or a traumatic life event.

Suggestions for Use:
  • Add a 10 drops of essential oil to the bath and soak for fifteen minutes
  • Add a few drops of essential oil to a carrier oil and use in full body massage
  • Use as an inhalation
