Influenza is a viral infection which carries with it the unpleasant symptoms of muscle aches and fever. Although it generally passes quickly, easing symptoms with the essential oils listed below may be helpful.

Essential Oils Suggested for Treatment:

Eucalyptus, Ginger, Peppermint

Suggestions for Use:
  • Combine the essential oil with a carrier oil and massage
  • Add 10 drops of essential oil to the bath and soak for fifteen minutes
  • Use a few drops of essential oil as an inhalation

If the condition persists or is accompanied by high fever, consult your physician
