Menopause:

Menopause, also described as the "change of life", is the point at which women cease menstruation and ovulation indicating the conclusion of fertility. The average age that this transition occurs is 50 and the symptoms include hot flashes, mood swings, fatigue, depression and headaches.
 
Essential Oils Suggested for Treatment:

Clary Sage , Geranium , Lavender
 
Suggestions for Use:
  • Combine the essential oil with a carrier oil and massage into the skin
  • Add 10 drops of essential oil to the bath and soak for fifteen minutes
