Migraine:

Migraine headaches are caused by excessive contraction
or dilation of the brain's blood vessels. Migraine headaches produce
a severe throbbing pain, centered in the temples or behind one ear.
Typically lasting for 2 to 72 hours, Migraines can be triggered by
allergies, stress, lack or excess of sleep, or emotional and hormonal
changes.

Suggestions for Use:

- Add a few
drops of essential oil to a compress and place on the head
- Add 10 drops
of essential oil to the bath and soak for fifteen minutes
|

If Migraine
headaches become frequent and persistent, consult your physician.
Massage during a
migraine can be more uncomfortable than soothing for the sufferer and
is generally not recommended.
