Panic Attacks are the result of anxiety disorder, in
which the body prepares itself to deal with an emergency situation
at the wrong time. The body begins to produce additional adrenaline,
the muscles tense and heartbeat and breathing become more rapid. The
panic attacks are often triggered by stress (concious or unconcious),
caffeine, foods, emotions, drugs or illness.
