Zen Garden Aromatherapy

Sensitive Skin:

Sensitive skin requires a little more care than normal skin or a rash or irritation can quickly develop. Wherever possible use only all natural products.

Essential Oils Suggested for Treatment:

Chamomile, Lavender , Rose

Suggestions for Use:
  • Combine a few drops of essential oil with a facial oil, or fragrance and lanolin free skin cream or lotion and massage into the skin
  • Add 5 drops of essential oil to a warm bath and soak for fifteen minutes

Essential oils are very potent and can cause skin irritation. If you have sensitive skin, always use low dilutions of essential oil to the carrier.
