Shingles is a disease caused by the varicella-zoster
virus (the same virus that causes chicken pox) and affects the nerve
endings of the skin. It results in small blisters (usually under the
ribs, leading to the navel - although they can appear anywhere on the
body) and causes itching or burning and severe pain.

Suggestions for Use:

- Add 10 drops
of essential oil to a warm bath and soak for fifteen minutes
