Sore Throat:

A Sore Throat is most commonly caused by viral infections such as the common cold, but can also be brought on by anything that irritates the sensitive mucous membranes at the back of the mouth and throat.

 
Essential Oils Suggested for Treatment:

Lavender, Lemon , Tea Tree

 
Suggestions for Use:
  • Add 10 drops of essential oil to a warm bath and soak for fifteen minutes
  • Add a few drops of essential oil to a carrier oil and massage the neck and shoulders in a downward motion
Cautions:


Sore throats usually disappear within a few days. If you have a persistent sore throat, or symptoms worsen, contact your physician.
