Catarrh:

Catarrh is an excess of mucus in the nose and throat which may be the result of hayfever, flu, colds, enlarged adenoids, nasal polyps or sinusitis.

 
Essential Oils Suggested for Treatment:

Cedarwood , Eucalyptus, Ginger

 
Suggestions for Use:
  • Add ten drops of essential oil to the bath and soak for fifteen minutes
  • Use the inhalation method
