Exhaustion and fatigue are not themselves disorders. They are symptoms and can be related to everything from stress to illness and diet.

 
Essential Oils Suggested for Treatment:

Geranium , Lavender , Rosemary

 
Suggestions for Use:
  • Use approximately 10 drops of essential oil added to the bath and soak for fifteen minutes
  • Combine essential oils with a carrier oil and gently massage into the skin
