Insomnia is habitual sleeplessness, repeated night after
night. This means either being unable to fall asleep when you go to
bed, or waking up and not being able to get back to sleep. Insomnia
can result from a wide variety of causes such as stress, physical pain,
breathing problems, depression or caffeine consumption but is generally
not as harmless as it is frustrating.
|Suggestions for Use:
- Combine the
essential oil with a carrier oil and massage the back, neck, temples,
- Add 10 drops
of essential oil to the bath and soak for fifteen minutes (good
before bed, not in the middle of the night!)
- Add a drop
or two of essential oil to your pillow
sleepless nights are an ongoing concern, consult your physician.
