Mental Fatigue is the result of overactivity in the brain. Just as the body gets tired when it is overworked, so does the mind and care must be taken so that it, along with the body, gets the rest it needs to replenish itself.

 
Essential Oils Suggested for Treatment:

Lavender , Peppermint , Rosemary

 
Suggestions for Use:
  • Add a 10 drops of essential oil to the bath and soak for fifteen minutes
  • Add a few drops of essential oil to a carrier oil and use in full body massage
  • Use as an inhalation
