Muscle Aches:

Muscle aches and cramps most often occur when the muscles have been overexerted, but can also be related to dehydration, varicose veins, poor circulation or an imbalance of calcium and magnesium in the body.

 
Essential Oils Suggested for Treatment:

Black Pepper , Ginger , Marjoram

 
Suggestions for Use:
  • Massage the area with a few drops of essential oil added to a carrier oil
  • Add 10 drops of essential oil to a warm bath
  • Add a few drops of essential oil to a compress and apply ot the affected area
