Panic Attacks:

Panic Attacks are the result of anxiety disorder, in which the body prepares itself to deal with an emergency situation at the wrong time. The body begins to produce additional adrenaline, the muscles tense and heartbeat and breathing become more rapid. The panic attacks are often triggered by stress (concious or unconcious), caffeine, foods, emotions, drugs or illness.

 
Essential Oils Suggested for Treatment:

Frankincense , Lavender , Neroli, Ylang Ylang

 
Suggestions for Use:
  • Add a 10 drops of essential oil to the bath and soak for fifteen minutes
  • Add a few drops of essential oil to a carrier oil and use in full body massage
  • Use as an inhalation
