Sprains:

Sprains occur when a muscle is strained beyond its capacity. Symptoms include localized pain, swelling and limited mobility.

 
Essential Oils Suggested for Treatment:

Chamomile, Lavender , Rosemary

 
Suggestions for Use:
  • Add a couple of drops of essential oil to a cold compress and apply to the affected area
  • Add a few drops of essential oil to a carrier oil and massage around the area (not directly in areas of swelling) with gentle strokes
Cautions:


Do not massage swollen areas.
